Private in house training rates are $60 a session; with each session running from 1 to 2 hours in duration so we can focus on the skill and not the clock! The number of sessions is determined on your needs at the first meeting. Discounts given for larger session packages.

We all want to live with a well-trained dog, but not everyone has the time to
train their dog. That's why we offer our Solutions Training
service where the expert trains your dog for you!
We offer a customized and concentrated training service designed for busy owners
requiring fast results. We accomplish in a few short sessions what could take
months trying to train on your own. We train your dog, in your home, while you
are at work. You don't even need to be there. You'll see results fast! What
could be easier?
You won't need to make time in your busy schedule to take classes, work with a
trainer, or spend time on “homework”. With our Solutions Training service, you'll see
better behaviors after the very first session. Your dog learns from a skilled
and experienced professional and is trained in his home and neighborhood, where
his behavior is most important. And, we'll show you how easy it is to keep those
new behaviors reliable.
Solutions Training is perfect for common behavior issues such as
jumping, pulling on the leash, not coming when called, darting out of doorways,
rude and pushy behaviors, obedience issues, food and toy guarding and leash
aggression.
How does it work?
We schedule an initial consult at your home to discuss the problem behaviors and
prioritize them according to your training goals. The number of additional
sessions needed to meet your training goals is determined at that point. Dogs
improve quickly with frequent training sessions, and we will set up multiple
hour-long training sessions per week for fast improvement. We start training at
the very first consult session. You'll quickly see how effective our methods
are. After our first consult session, we train your dog while you are at work or
while you are at home, and you don't have to lift a finger!
Private, in-home sessions allow you to schedule appointments at a time
convenient to you. We focus on the specific behaviors you want to address in
your home where you and your dog are most relaxed and comfortable. You learn why
your dog is behaving in a certain way, and you gain the skills to easily change
your dog's behavior in a lasting manner.
A training plan is developed to meet your training goals, including short-term
and long term solutions. At the end of each in-home session, we provide written
guidelines covering the exercises to practice before the next session. You will
see rapid progress with individualized instruction in the environment where the
problem behavior is happening.
In-Home Sessions are ideally suited for:

training program to change them. The number of additional sessions required to
meet your goals is determined at that point. You learn what is maintaining your
dog's bad behavior and what needs to be done to change it, both during sessions
and between sessions. We start training at the very first session and you'll see
your dog quickly learn better manners. Workin' Paws will come to your
home for subsequent private dog training sessions and work with
you and your dog until the training is complete.
The first 16 weeks of your puppy's life is the most critical to his overall
success as a well-behaved companion. Training and behavior modification only
gets harder as time goes by.
